How we operate

    Every plot is photographed, surveyed, and tied to a numbered piece of land. Investors see what they own, where it is, and how it is being developed.

    Manual KYC, manual payment verification, and human-reviewed withdrawals. No silent automation, no opaque decisions.

    The idea

    Founders frustrated with paper-asset platforms and FD returns started prototyping a tangible-land alternative.

  2. 2025

    First plot listed

    PayLap onboarded its first verified developer. The Najafgarh project went live with 38 plots and pilot investors.

  3. 2026

    Platform formalized

    Full platform with KYC, daily interest accrual, withdrawals, and admin oversight. Live across multiple cities.

  4. Beyond

    Pan-India footprint
