STEP 01

Discover a property

Browse PayLap's live projects. Each is a real, surveyed land development with a public layout, plot list, and amenities map.

  • See the full plot map before you sign up.
  • Filter by city, plot size, and tier (Premium / Mid / Standard / Budget).
  • Read every project's plan: pricing per sqyd, available durations, and the snapshot interest you would lock in today.
STEP 02

Pick a plot and a plan

Choose a numbered plot, pick a duration plan, and PayLap snapshots your interest rate at that moment. Future rate changes never affect your booking.

  • Plans are tier-aware — small plots get smaller minimums, premium plots higher rates.
  • Plot status updates in real time: AVAILABLE → RESERVED → SOLD.
  • Reserving a plot holds it for 24 hours while you complete payment. After that, it returns to the pool.
STEP 03

Pay manually, get verified

Transfer via UPI or NEFT to PayLap's verified bank account, upload the receipt, and our admin team verifies it within 24 hours.

  • No payment-gateway fees are deducted from your principal.
  • Every receipt is reviewed by a human admin — no automated scrapers, no dark patterns.
  • Once approved, your plot status flips to SOLD and your investment officially goes live.
STEP 04

Earn daily, withdraw at maturity

Interest accrues every day starting from approval. At maturity, principal plus total interest credit your wallet automatically — withdraw to your bank in one click.

  • Daily accrual is visible in your dashboard from day one.
  • On maturity day, the credit lands within hours of the cron run.
  • Withdrawals are admin-processed within one working day to your KYC-verified bank account.

    Every booking maps to a numbered plot on the live layout. Your investments page shows the exact plot you funded — not a token, not a fund unit.

  • Manual verification, end-to-end

    KYC, payments, and withdrawals are reviewed by humans on the PayLap team. No silent automation makes decisions about your money.

  • Transparent rate locks

    Your interest rate is snapshotted at the moment of booking. Any future rate changes only affect new bookings — never existing ones.

  • Daily accrual, no surprises

    Interest accrues every day, not just at maturity. You can watch your investment grow — and you always know what you'll receive at term end.
